Historic Structure Report

We are pleased to share with you the full Historic Structure Report that serves as a blueprint for the restoration and tells the story not only of the building but of the people, the Quaker community, who created its legacy as a national site of conscience and a cornerstone of movements for equal rights. Issued by the architectural firm John G. Waite Associates, it is a professional documentation of our project, compiling technical facts, drawings and photos, historic records and a prose narrative of the history.

Invitation for Bids!

The 1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse Museum is pleased to announce that we have published our Invitation to Bid for the 1816 FQMM Exterior Restoration.

Bid documents are available and/or examined free of charge at the office of the Architect, located at John G. Waite Associates, Architects PLLC, located at 384 Broadway, Albany, NY, (518) 449-5440. Our Invitation is also published in NYS Contracts Reporter.

Bids are due March 13, 2025 before 2pm. There is a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Friday, February 28, at 2pm on site. Please contact Bill Brandow at John G. Waite Associates, or Ann Morton (amorton@rochester.rr.com) with any questions.
